We specialise in gourmet cooking courses; stay a weekend, or a week if you really want to go pro. We know you are on holiday and we think you would be mad if you didn’t also want to kick back and enjoy the chateau, the pool, the park, and the delights the local area holds in store, so usually provide a daily average of 3 or 4 hours personal, hands-on time with chef. Sometimes morning, sometimes afternoon, and sometimes evening. Our menus vary with the season, what looks best at market, and what our partner producers have kept under the counter, just for us. Prices from £660 per person for a weekend sharing a room.
We promise to teach you how to prepare a selection of gourmet amuse bouches, starters, mains and desserts (or puddings if you are English!). We will also take you out to visit the local markets and producers of Samatan. For the rest of your time here we promise to ensure you have a simply super time. Everything you eat and drink from our fine selection of house wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks is fully included in the price of your stay. If you have any special requirements, let us know, as we are always ready to make your time with us as perfect as can be.
