Combis boasts its own organic ‘jardin de potager,’ or kitchen garden, from which we take many of the fresh ingredients used in the chateau kitchen. We also work closely with the local producers of Samatan and other nearby Gers villages, selecting only the finest produce, from organic, traditional farms wherever possible. We have an orchard of 55 fruit and nut trees, numerous bee hives, and produce our own honey and jam. We source our wine from Combis and other Gersois suppliers, but also have a list of other French vignobles if you want to treat yourself. Bien sûr, it’s good to be a Combijois!
